Hotel Check-In Conversation Example

Guest:
“Hello, I have a reservation.”
안녕하세요, 예약을 했는데요.

Front Desk Staff:
“Good evening! May I have your name, please?”
안녕하세요! 성함을 알려주시겠어요?

Guest:
“My name is John Smith.”
제 이름은 John Smith입니다.

Front Desk Staff:
“Thank you, Mr. Smith. I see your reservation here. You’ve booked a double room for two nights. Is that correct?”
감사합니다, Smith님. 예약을 확인했습니다. 더블 룸을 이틀 동안 예약하셨네요. 맞으신가요?

Guest:
“Yes, that’s correct.”
네, 맞습니다.

Front Desk Staff:
“Great. Could I please see your passport or ID?”
좋습니다. 여권이나 신분증을 보여주시겠어요?

Guest:
“Sure, here it is.”
네, 여기 있습니다.

Front Desk Staff:
“Thank you. Please fill out this registration form. We offer complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, and breakfast is served from 7 AM to 10 AM in the restaurant on the first floor.”

Guest:
“Got it. Also, could you send my luggage up a bit later?”
알겠습니다. 그리고 짐은 조금 뒤에 받을 수 있을까요?

Front Desk Staff:
“Certainly. Our bellboy will bring your luggage to your room shortly.”
물론입니다. 벨보이가 곧 객실로 짐을 가져다 드릴 것입니다.

Guest:
“Thanks. Could I also request a wake-up call for tomorrow morning?”
감사합니다. 내일 아침 모닝콜도 부탁드릴 수 있을까요?

Front Desk Staff:
“Of course. What time would you like the wake-up call?”
물론이죠. 몇 시에 모닝콜을 원하시나요?

Guest:
“7 AM, please.”
아침 7시에 부탁드립니다.

“I’ve scheduled a 7 AM wake-up call for you. If you need anything else, feel free to contact the front desk.”
